About Us:

Valdosta Podiatry Associates was established by Dr. A.R. (Buddy) Pitts, Jr. Dr. Pitts began his podiatry practice in Valdosta in 1956. At that time, he was the only podiatrist between Jacksonville, Florida, and Macon, Georgia. In 1987, Dr. Pitts formed Valdosta Podiatry Associates, P.C. In 1992, Dr. Timothy E. Pitts, son of Dr. A.R. Pitts, Jr., joined Valdosta Podiatry Associates, P.C. In June of 2002, Dr. A.R. Pitts, Jr. fully retired and Dr. Timothy E. Pitts became the sole owner of the practice.

Our office staff is among the most qualified, well-trained personnel in South Georgia. From the initial contact with the receptionists, the primary goal of our staff is to provide our patients with the best quality of health care possible.

Our office will file all insurance claims. We participate in most PPO plans including, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and Workers Comp. Co-payments and any deductible not met are expected at time of visit.
